Worrying Christ Statue or The Pensive Christ is a subject in Christian iconography depicting a contemplating Jesus, sitting with his head supported by his hand with the Crown of Thorns and marks of his flagellation. Rupintojelis is one of the most important images in Lithuanian folk art, reflecting both Christian and deep pre-Christian traditions.

The statuette of the Christ is hand carved from Linden tree wood by Genadijus Mikuckis, certified woodcarver of Lithuanian Cultural Heritage. The sculpture is artistic, and looks great from any angle, and can be placed anywhere in the room for an impressive look. It is perfect gift both for friends and members of family for different occasions.

The surface of the statue is covered with oil paints, the face, hands, and feet of the Christ are left natural. Height of the figurine: 18.0 cm, width: 8.0 cm, depth: 8.5 cm.
