Handmade Pottery Vase in Grey specked clay

The inside of this vase is glazed with lead-free glossy glaze making it completely waterproof while the outside is left unglazed to celebrate the natural beauties of exposed stoneware clay.

This versatile origami inspired vessel is not only great as a vase, but is also a completely unique and handmade decorative item to accentuate your home décor and living room and could also make a great gift to loved ones.

This one-off altered wheel thrown piece is part of a limited collection of work made by myself ( Behnaz Sharifian ) in collaboration with Negar Adibpour (negaradibpour.com) in Seattle, Washington and each piece is completely unique.

From the initial design, to the first firing, glazing each piece, second firing to over 1200 degrees Celsius, and finally the careful packaging of each item, so much attention is given to make sure these ceramics bring with them all the beauties of their handmade nature while ensuring maximum quality to their new homes.

It is not recommended to put this vase in the microwave and/or dishwashers.

The vase is completely waterproof.
