Elephant Story Book from 1959 in German retailer with illustrations

Here comes a small 1959 printed German children's book / booklet with elephant stories and illustrations. It was printed and edited by “Verlag der St. Johannis-Druckerei C. Schwickhardt” in Lahr-Dinglingen (Baden).
Our old elephant shaped booklet contains 15 pages and has its original staple in the middle, the block of pages is loose inside the cover. Inside the cover a former owner, “Anne Reusch” has left her name, as well as her initials “A.R”. in pen.
Except for some yellowing of the pages this small book is in good vintage condition!

Please observe the measurements: our elephant book is only 14 cm / 5 ½ inches wide and 12,5 cm / 5 inches tall!
It may make a splendid decoration for your old dolls and teddy bears!
