Item is Open Box in like new condition. Only visual chip is on the subwoofer, which is small and barely noticeable on top. The soundbar has no damage and has a front display for navigation. Tested works with no issues. Only missing accessory is the optical cable, but a hdmi cable is included in a sealed bag. **Top front half of the box has been cut off, but items are still OK. When it's time to ship, I will put the whole box in a bigger box and padding. Features: One of the best features on this soundbar is the Dolby Atmos.
