Vintage 50's Butterick #5723 Sewing Pattern Women's PlaySuit and Skirt Ensemble Complete Bust 40".
One piece playsuit with a chemise-type top and soft pleated shorts. The four gore flared skirt that gives it a dress look has huge cone shaped pockets. Contrasting fabric on the pocket flaps matches the playsuit.

Pattern will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery.

Envelope and instructions have yellowing with tears at top also at corners.
