Vintage Metal Hand Decorated Waste Basket - Midcentury

DESCRIPTION
• back in the 1950's, these metal wastebaskets were sold as paint-by-number kits
• black matte background with large floral design
• footed bottom with gold colored rim top
• approximate measurements: oval basket - 13" tall with an oval opening of 10" x 7 1/2"

CONDITION
• good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use
• some scratching from use...mostly on back
• paint is vibrant with some flecks of paint missing, enhancing the vintage style (see close photo)
• 4 feet show paint loss and wear
• retailer NO rust
• interior in good shape and is clean
• awesome waste receptacle that will display beautifully in your guest bath, bedroom or boudoir
