Hardback book measures 8 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches with 156 pages.
In acceptable used condition. The cover has scuffing, staining and corners bumped through. The inside front piece has stamping from the school district and two stickers from previous owner. Opposite the title page the previous retailer owner has written her name in black magic marker. The inside pages have little smudges but are free from writing or tears. Super vintage class room book for the second half of first grade level readers. There is a word list in the back to be used by the instructor. Wonderful black and white as well as color illustrations throughout the text to show context for the beginning readers. This is aimed at health instruction for small children and includes hand washing, cleaning up, school nurses and healthy diet. Both for the kids and the puppies in the book! Hard to find classroom book would be great for home schooling.
