Used. This is a rev. 2 Teddy Ruxpin, has a plastic cassette deck as opposed to metal like the 1st run. But like 1st runs, he has 3 animation servos & a removable battery cover. Teddy is in pretty good shape cosmetically & electronically, especially for his age. Fur is fluffy & clean. red outfit underneath his tunic/vest has some fading but it's not too bad. His cassette deck plays well (drive belt has been replaced) & his retailer eyes, nose, and mouth animate in proper sync with the audio. Though the deck can be a bit temperamental starting up at times. Usually flipping the door open & close a few times and/or closing the door with a bit of force will get it to run. Sadly there are some cracks/parts missing on the cassette deck's outer casing. (As seen in photos) A bit of the copyright plate is missing on the right aswell as the bottom left corner near the battery compartment. audio is fairly clear otherwise. Book & tape in mint shape. Takes 4 C alkaline batteries. MSSG 4 VID IN ACTION.
