Sunny the Disability and Mental Health Dinosaur retailer

Inspired by the struggles of disability and mental health, this is Sunny. He has struggled with an invisible condition for many years, and it has been hard for him to keep his head up at times when he isn't able to thrive. His battle with depression and anxiety has sometimes made him want to throw in the towel, but he has always managed to keep fighting. His favorite coping skills are listening to music, journaling, and deep breathing, and he is getting better at using them every day. His main goal is to remind himself and everyone else to be kind to themselves no matter their limitations and never stop giving each day your best, whatever that means.

Care Instructions: Spot clean if needed. Although retailer we use 100% acrylic yarn, none of our products should be machine washed due to the nature of their construction.
