Vintage NYC RR - New York Central railroad can. Lid unscrews - has a wire and metal indicator of some sort on it.

Worth Noting:
1) Dent at top of handle
2) Mild dent to the right and below handle.

Both of these are obvious in the images - ask questions first! as-is sale - no returns!
10 3/4" tall at top of lid, 6 1/8" diameter at base.
