Antique Victorian Sterling retailer Silver Star Locket Brooch

A Victorian sterling silver star brooch with a removable frame at the back so the brooch can hold a lock of hair, a photo or similar. The frame would have originally held a panel of glass, but this has retailer been replaced with transparent perspex.

The brooch is unmarked, bust acid tests as sterling silver.

In good condition.

3.9 cms (1 1/2 inches) x 3.2 (1 1/4 inches) wide.
