Original Swiss Goggles with Case. These are fantastic original Swiss goggles often called "Uhu" (Eagle Owl) retailer goggles.  These goggles were first developed in the 1920s and were used throughout WW2. They were used to protect Gebirgsjäger troops in the mountains from snow blindness.  These goggles have dark tinted glass lenses surrounded by a frame. The frame itself is vented and has a dark fabric surround to provide the wearer with a more comfortable fit. The goggles are fixed in place with dark fabric cords. The goggles come in their original protective metal tins.  Absolutely fantastic pieces.
