Sony BM-840 Microcassette Dictation Recorder w/ AC Adapter and Foot Pedal FS-85 Used in good physical condition. The unit powers on and the foot pedal works great. The sample tapes I've used will turn and play for a few seconds and then stop and the screen flashes the tape icon shown in the last picture of the listing. Sometimes the tape will play longer, so I'm not sure if it's the tape or the player. Based on details above, I am selling as-is for parts retailer or repair only. It could just require a good cleaning, but I don't have enough knowledge about the player to do that.
