The unique red cardinal bird and tree landscape miniature art quilt features a cardinal perched on a pine branch. The fabric and fiber piece measures 7 inches x 5 inches and is ready for your frame. An example of how it would look framed is the last photo. It is ready to mail when you complete the order.
The bird on a pine branch landscape is made with fiber, fabric and is machine quilted. The red cardinal is cut from fabric and has a black bead for his eye. Many fibers were added to embellish the pine branch to resemble snow and the same fiber of snow is added to the bottom edge of the piece. The pine branch is a piece of artificial stem and the background is created with fabric to create the tree trucks. After the fabric piece was created it was attached to a 5" x 7" wrapped canvas board and is ready to frame. (see photo for example)
