French mid century vintage retro ceiling light in white patterned glass and brass fittings dating from the 1950s. The shade is round in white opaque patterned glass with a textured finish. The light hangs from a brass shade holder a brass bar and cup style ceiling rose. The shade is in great vintage condition with no chips or cracks, there are a few light marks associated with a used item of its kind . The brass fittings have some marks pitting and age related patina. The light is working with French twin core wiring and takes a large bayonet bulb.
