This is an original 1928 printing of Little People's Speaker For Children of Nine Years, The Penn Publishing Company

The soft cover book is in used condition. It retains the original yellow/ gold cover featuring a young child and decorated with flowers and Asian style script.

The book contains a plethora of cute recitations covering all types of topics, from seasonal, holiday, nature to temperance and many more.

The front cover has the owners? name written at the top, a small sticker. There is a torn corner, top and bottom and a small area where an old repair was done with tape. The paper on the spine is missing more than half. The back cover is missing. Inside the front cover the cover is separated from the book, you can see the staples, and their is a piece of tape holding the cover on.

The interior pages are in are in quite good condition. Non are loose and the top and botto corners are in good condition, slightly bent up from thumbing the pages perhaps.
