This Red Mini Top Hat, or Pet Fascinator, shows just how much you love your dog! With a red, white and black bandana fabric with dogs on it, lots of chew bones for your puppy dog, and paw prints going up to the top, your dog will love you for wearing this! The hat has a cute tail and ears that I made, just in case no one could see this is a dog lover's hat! Perfect for a birthday party, a Dog Rescue Adoption Fair, or out walking your pooch. Even wear for the Kentucky Derby, Royal Ascot, Cosplay, Comic Con, Child or Adult Halloween costume, or a Steampunk Affair.

My mini top hats are 4 & 1/2” tall (from bottom of brim to top of crown), and the brim's are slightly bigger than a woman's hand from fingertip to end of palm. The brim is approximately 6“ x 7“, and is wired.

Fitting Your Elastic:
I have 2 colors of elastic to choose from...black and white. Please choose a color that best matches your hair. In my opinion, elastic is the best option for keeping the hat on your head, and it is worn around the back of your head (where a low ponytail would be located). The hat will come with your color choice of elastic already installed. To get your custom fit, you will need to pull the elastic until it is very snug on your head, and yet, still comfortable. Then tie a knot on that side, exactly like the one I have done on the other side. Please do not cut off the excess elastic until you are sure of the fit. Each hat also has an open hole on the underside of the brim, which also helps it to stay on. These hats are not very heavy.

Shipping:
•All packages are shipped via USPS.
•I go to USPS a couple of days a week, but if you need an item shipped faster, please send me a message.
•I try to make sure each item shipped is secure and packaged well. I wire my wreaths to the box to prevent as little movement as possible during shipping, and while making the mini top hats, I double glue them to make them stronger.
•Boxes and packaging are RECYCLED, and will be strong, but beat up a little. I hope you then recycle the box again. I don't charge for handling.
•I do not gift wrap, but I can enclose a gift note for you.
•Delivered, or not delivered: All of my shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local USPS to investigate the issue. I take the utmost care with packing, but I cannot be held accountable for packages once they have left my hands. I am not responsible for lost or damaged in transit items due to mishandling by USPS, or by theft. •International Delivery - As I ship Free within the U.S., I will pay $7 towards International retailer Shipping, but the buyer is then responsible for any overages, taxes, fees, or import duties that may be due.

Cancellations & Returns:
•I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, unless you asked me to mail that day, & it's already gone out.
•PHOTOS• are the MAIN DESCRIPTION. Please look carefully before buying. I will photograph and describe any flaws that I know of.
•I don't accept returns or exchanges, BUT, returns are accepted (at my expense) if I miss a large flaw. These are hand made items, and might have small imperfections, as in any other hand made item. This will not affect the overall beauty of your art piece.

Insurance:
•You may opt to have your item insured. Please contact me BEFORE making your payment, and I will add that on. USPS automatically insures up to $50 at no charge.
•If an item is damaged in mail transit, please immediately contact me. You can open a claim with USPS to get your money back, and then possibly re-order from me the item you wanted, although no two items will be exactly alike, due to the availability of inventory used to create my projects.
