Floral Fabric Vintage French 1950's retailer roses and carnations cotton intact sizing

This is a charming vintage French floral fabric! This textile dates to circa 1950 and uses a wonderful rose and carnation floral pattern! The ground is an tan khaki tone and the pattern is in tones of raspberry red, green, white and charcoal. The fabric has a slight stiff texture because the original sizing is intact, it will soften a bit with washing. This fabric fragment has a hole in the center, some uneven fading, and old seams around the edges so it would be best for projects where blemishes retailer can be cut around. It is a medium weight cotton fabric. This fabric would be ideal for small projects like decorative pillows, light upholstery, framing, small curtains, bags and many other wonderful uses! ( EFF160 )

MEASUREMENTS: This piece measures about 50.5 inches by 39.5 inches.

CONDITION: This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There is a hole on this piece in the center and only some uneven fading. There are old seams around three edges of this piece. There are some tiny pale marks and one or two stains, some of which may not wash fully.
