Everything is used but has been tested and works great! The system is a black DS Lite w/stylus. There are some light scratches on the outside. Also includes a mini Nintendo backpack retailer to store your DS and accessories. It shows signs of wear but is in usable condition. Comes with 5 games: Big Brain Academy, Brain Age 1 & 2, Lego Indiana Jones, and Nintendogs Chihuahua and Friends. The only game that comes in a case is Nintendogs, but with no manual.
