An Early Stereographic Image take by Charles Bierstadt sometime around 1875 and published by Underwood & Underwood. This stereoview retailer card is numbered 796 Ice Bridge Niagara.

It is a great winter scene with a completely snow-covered bridge and the Falls in the background. You can see two men standing beside snowbanks nearly as tall as them. That brings back a lot of memories of my winters in Upstate NY. This is a fantastic photographic image and a great collectible .

The card measures 7" long by 3 1/2" wide and will fit most stereoscopic viewers. We have more Niagara cards in our shop now and more coming this weekend. Some really nice old hard to find cards.
