Antique "Brown Westhead Moore" Arcadia 1880 retailer Blue & White 9.2" Plate

This is a very special and attractive antique plate by "Brown Westhead Moore"

The printed registration mark on the back dates the design to 1880, although this actual plate may have been made a little after that date.

There's also an impressed mark on the plate which I think is the registration mark for the shape of the plate, slightly unusual with it's inner beaded band, and this dates the shape to 1879.

Also, there's a Brown Westhead Moore impressed mark, and a printed mark which includes the name Arcadia, a lot of marks for a change, many plates made in the 19th century have no marks at all on the back to help identify the maker

Plate is transfer printed with an intricate flower design in a bold dark blue

In excellent condition, with no chips or cracks
