HOW TO USE DIFFUSER BRACELET
Add 1 or 2 drops of your favorite essential oil to your lava stone(s). The lava stone is either black or white with a porous texture. Allow oil to absorb into stone before wearing.
Enjoy the benefits of your essential oil as it diffuses on your wrist. I recommend reapplying essential oil every 24-48 hours. You can add same oil or a different retailer oil each time you wear bracelet.
