F G Trott - Original Watercolour - retailer Countryside Village Scene - Circa 1930s

This is a lovely original watercolour of a countryside village scene by F.G.Trott - circa 1935-50?

I don't know for certain when it was painted or retailer its title; other than it's very much like another watercolour titled "Vicarage Rd, Minehead" and seen via this link https://www.the-saleroom.com/en-gb/auction-catalogues/special-auction-services/catalogue-id-srspe10220/lot-c3148147-9cee-4523-baa6-a7c30108e388

F.G.Trott is a well-known British artist who was born in 1897 and who specialized in countryside scenes and other topics - many of his works sell as soon as they come up for auction.

The photographs don't seem to show its "true" colours as it appears more "brownish" looking, perhaps it was once in a smokers house? Please see photos, as you can see the bottom right-hand corner has come off, and the top right-hand and left bottom corners have dog-ears, however, on saying once bordered these imperfections will not be noticed and that it's still a delightful piece that would look fantastic once framed.
