This is a 1999 Pokémon Base Set Unlimited Venusaur Holo (15/102). This is ungraded, but I believe it would receive at least a 6.0. The front face is in very good condition—only some very minor fraying that reveals slivers of glow along the edges, and a couple very minor scratches on the holographic area (see 7th photo) that can only be seen upon close inspection. The back is in excellent condition—only an extremely minor fray on the bottom right edge. Overall, it's in excellent-near mint condition.
