Retailer Wellington manuscript fac simile " Victory in Waterloo" in French

This is a fac-simile not a real manuscript document . It is a photographic reproduction of the original which was made in the 1930s... This letter was written by the Duke of Wellington to inform a French General , General Dumouriez, of the victory of Waterloo in 1815. Dumouriez retailer and Wellington were on friendly terms in spite of the war.
The text is in French bur the back page will show the English translation and the explanation of the situation... The letter keeps going on the verso of the document.
the full page size is 12 X 9 inches and the document itself 9 X 7 inches and easy to frame as already mounted (see the picture) .Of course there is only one available.
