in its original box looks unused i think dating to the 1930s a wonderful early plastic hand painted decoration parasol shaped combined pencil and manicure set a true lady's item the base end comes off to allow access to the pencil the top of retailer handle unscrews with a spare pencil led and the main boys unscrews to a lovely little manicure set great collectors item would make a wonderful gif and be a pleasure to use
