Beautiful Navajo made children's sterling silver cuff bracelet, it has a coral red stone that is a matte finish. The stone isn't retailer the typical polished coral due you'd find in most bracelets like this due to it being dipped in too strong of a solution of silver cleaner, as was explained to me by a certified American Indian Art appraiser I had take look at it. I inquired with him on this peice because there is no makers or silver mark, because of this, I wasn't sure if it was genuine silver. However he confirmed it is indeed true Navajo silver made some time in the 1980's he said and had unfortunately been cleaned with the incorrect silver cleaner which stripped the polish from the stone. That being said, I still find it quite pretty even with more of a matte finish, it's actually not a bad thing, matte is very in right now according to my teenage daughter! :) It is tiny, I have included a photo with it inside of an average adults size bangle for reference. I would estimate this would fit a 2-5 year old little girl. It's a great peice, beautiful silver work with the flowers and leaf detail. Due to the stone I'm pricing it much lower than most true Navajo silver jewelry. But in my opinion it's just as lovely, even in a matte finish state! Feel free to message me with any questions and thanks for stopping into the Mystic Vintage.
