Fold Formed Copper Brooch - Mixed Metal Brooch - Copper Brooch With Silver Accents - retailer Cuttlefish Cast Sterling

I was experimenting with fold forming and looking at the effects of different folds when this brooch came into being. It is made with fold retailer formed copper and embellished with a cuttlefish cast sterling silver accent piece. The pin stem is handmade, with a larger diameter wire than standard so wear it on loosely woven material to avoid damaging your clothing. It is fun to wear for casual or every day occasions.

Over time, the copper patina will change color due to environmental conditions. That is to be expected and most often the new patina is equally as nice.
