Where do you Ship?
Please note that the business owners of SwissVanity are retailer based in Australia, Philippines and Switzerland due to their professional commitments. All our products are crafted and designed by Swiss inspired artisans and our production line are done with our exclusive partners based in the APAC Region. Our fulfilment center is being handled by them, and the shipment of your orders will be processed, packed and directly shipped by them as well.
Shipping and Production
All carpets are made to order. Your order will have a Registered shipping that comes with tracking number. Please note that registered shipping takes approximately 15 to 30 working days, depending on your location and customs process.
Exchange
As a matter of policy, we do not accept exchanges on orders.
Returns and Cancellations
As much as possible we always ensure to create a very descriptive and accurate details on all our products. However, if you opt to return or cancel your order when it is already processed, a penalty shall be applicable. We would like to kindly let you know that a penalty of seventy percent (70%) shall take effect if an order is returned or cancelled and is deductible on your paid order, this is due to the fact that apart from our internal policy, our exclusive partner will also suffer an indirect loss from cancellations and returns, on top of the fact that our products are delicately custom made and our fulfilment center uses a fully centralized automatic ordering system. Should you prefer to return or cancel your order upon delivery, your refund will total to the gross amount of your order at thirty percent (30%) only and said full refund shall be paid within thirty (30) to forty (45) days upon return of sender (ROS) to our exclusive partner, and if it passes our quality control/quality assurance. If it fails this phase, the return or cancellation will be voided and no refund shall apply. Provided however, that returns and cancellations must be made within one (1) hour upon delivery of your shipment, and failure as such would result to a voided return or cancellation.

VAT and Import Taxes
We are doing everything in our power to avoid any unnecessary or unexpected import taxes on all our products, which is why we remind our buyers to inquire to their custom authorities for any local import taxes or postage handling fees that are applicable on their orders. Please note that any applicable fees pertaining to their orders, including but are not limited to custom clearance fees, import fees, VAT, handling fees, and other associated custom duties are considered to be shouldered by the buyer.
Care Advice
We kindly advised to regularly vacuum our rugs and carpets to get rid of build-up of dust or dirt due to regular use. We do not advise you to use a washing machine to wash them, instead try sticking to our care advice first, before trying anything else.
