This really is a delightful teapot with the dancing hours design and sprigged top. It is in excellent condition for its age, no chips, cracks or breaks, just a little crazing inside the base of the pot.
Sprigged stoneware is a type of ware made by Spode in the late 1700s and then intermittently through to the 1930s by several manufacturers, notably Wedgwood.
In the late 1800s Spode, under the Copeland name, began to make this type of ware in quantity, often glazed, when one of the usual combination of colours was green clay added onto brown. During this period, it often had a back stamp featuring a little boat, known as Frank's Boat Mark.

Height retailer from very top of lid to base of pot - 14cm
Width from handle of pot to spout - 22.5cm
Diameter of opening at top of pot - 11cm
This would make a lovely gift for a teapot collector or as a showcase piece.
