At that point, you will receive your choice of refund or store credit for the full cost of the product(s).

Please note that upon approval, all returns must be shipped at the sender's cost and must arrive in their original condition.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders or items on retailer sale
