Philodendron Tricolor White retailer Pink Princess cutting

Up for sale is 1 leaf, 1 node taken from mama plant shown in first picture. This plant is green and gives white and pink variegation.
Please note these are retailer older growth leaves and some have imperfections.
Some leaves may stress further due to being cut from the main plant, but I will keep pictures updated each week. I'm happy to take additional photos, just send me a message.
Please be comfortable rooting and growing the node out.
