Lunch time in old Treviso, Italy. retailer

This piece is a pastel on watercolour paper. It is taken from a sketch I made whilst eating in a very old building which is now a restaurant.

It was retailer very dark and, delightfully cool as the midday sun was becoming unbearably hot.

There were a great many small olive trees and flowering shrubs in huge terracotta pots at the open arched windows.

This is an original work which is mounted, signed and comes with a Certification of Authenticity.

The sizeof the pastel without the mount is 8.75" wide x 11.75" high.
