Beautiful Foley Aqua blue with carnations and retailer gold filigree patterning

Lovely decoration work gold flowers adorn the outside of the cup and the saucer.
Exquisite pink carnations on the interior and a budding one on the saucer .
Deep gold trim on the retailer foot and gold trim on the saucer and cup rims.
Minimal wear.This is numbered 4612.
I think the flowers are handpainted over a transfer.
