80s Floral 14 Simon Ellis Peplum retailer Waist Blouse Concealed Pleats Royal Blue Bow Tie Cuff Vintage Puff Sleeve

By my favourite Simon Ellis, from the Gold Medal Collection. Neat on the waist before flaring out into a peplum shape, the sleeves are puffed on the shoulders - aided by small, built-in pads - and finish with tie cuffs. Gloriously bright floral with blue and red leading the colour palette. The pops of royal blue continue with the covered buttons. The best surprise ever comes from the concealed panels with the pleats on the peplum.

Labelled a U.K. 16, but for reference I'm 5'9”, a U.K. 16 on top / 36F / 32” Waist / 46” hips.
