A stunning AUSTRIA VIENNA BEEHIVE printed COBALT PLATE 11.75”. This is absolutely gorgeous but I do not know much about it. Most others are marked as 12” plates, but this one measures just 11.75” across the top. It's round and the base measures: 6.75” across. It has the Austrian beehive mark on the back that's printed. It's a genuine Austrian plate but I do not know the year. It's in excellent condition. There are no breaks, no chips, no repairs. The top has a kind of dotted exterior and some of the dots on the gold circle band in the center have been worn away. This is handpainted and an original. I have not found any others in the same design or condition. The middle picture being a woman in a pink dress plucking cherries (?) from a tree. There is genuine gold trim and printing on much of retailer the top. The artist's name is printed or signed on the front (See pictures) with the name: Zatzka.
