After receiving bracelet, if you find that the size needs to be adjusted, bracelet size changes for domestic orders (orders in the USA) are free including shipping, while return shipping for international orders must be paid by buyer but will be issued a store credit for cost of shipping.

16kt gold plated has varying durability, and discoloration may or may not occur, depending on certain circumstances such as, but not limited to:
- how often it is worn
- amount of moisture it is exposed to
- elements in the environment such as gases, oils, perfumes
- the particular batch of material I receive from my supplier
- and how well it is stored

14kt Gold filled metal, while more expensive, has a much thicker layer of gold and has a higher level of durability and lasting finish. (please allow an additional 1-4 days for creation if gold filled is selected)
