This illustration represents the beauty and energy of plants and flowers in spring. I was inspired by the swirling motion of these beautiful leaves of different sizes and shapes as well as the vibrant colors of tulips, pansies, marigolds.
This painting expresses the new energy of spring, its stunning colors and shapes. Spring comes after a long winter, it brings us hope, sun, scents, freshness, greenery and new beginnings. We all need to be connected to flowers, trees, grass, wind and colors in order to draw life energy from the Earth, to calm our minds, to have fulfilled life.
In creating this illustration, I was inspired by Art Nouveau and artists like Alphonse Mucha, Otto Eckmann, Mackintosh, Stanislaw Wyspianski and others.
