I have several old stock unworn and various designs from Char Mar made in Hong Kong in the 80's. Some still have price label of $104.00 back in the 80's. These where not just cheap belts and they are very well made and real leather.
This belt was made to be worn on hips more than waist,
This red belt I have retailer 3 of them. Two are labeled M-L and one is S-M
This particular belt is not adjustable.
The M-L fits apx 37.5"
The S-M fits apx 26.5"

The width at widest part is apx 3.5"

Sold as is. I try very hard to list any major issues or not to list at all if damages effect the use of item but I AM SELLING VINTAGE NOT NEW even if never worn it is at least 25 yrs old. I am a rural seller whose only means of weekly post is USPS. I do offer other shipping methods for larger items but time to process can be up to 21 days. I usually will post this offer on items I know will ship cheaper. Also during Covid my rural post is not open every weekday. We have lost a postal worker and so there is only one left in this wee town. Please be patient. I do try to process and ship ASAP

All items are vintage and used, I do not dry clean prior to sale and may have minor issues such as faint odors, pin holes, small spots, minor discolorations, loose buttons or snaps, piling, hidden or well done repairs not obvious on inspection, loose hems or seams not seen during inspection, hidden issues that would be unknown such as not holding up in launder, failing threads in seams, older elastic may not last, etc light scuffing on boots and shoes or worn insole pads etc.
Deadstock, Old Stock or even NWT Old Stock should be expected to not be in new or perfect condition. Even if never worn all vintage and ALL OF MY ITEMS ARE TRUE VINTAGE and most over the 20 yr min to be considered so, is still expected to have issues such as exposed to storage damage, fading, small issues like loose stitching, or failing elastic, cracks or small holes, pin holes, storage dust or discoloration etc. I don't know what more I can do to explain that vintage is not to be expected like it just flew in from China. I will NEVER SAY MY ITEMS ARE NEW because even tagged and unworn they are old. I have over 45 yrs of worldwide experience in antiques and vintage clothing. My items are unique and in very good vintage condition. There should be expected minor flaws. Rarely ever is there the PERFECT VINTAGE ITEMS and I would prefer to not sell if you are expecting such. I am a hard working and honest seller with unique items in very good, above average condition for age or material. IF YOU ARE EXPECTING PERFECTION IN VINTAGE AND PREOWNED I ASK YOU NOT TO SHOP AT MY SHOP. I don't have time or patience for the very few who make my life miserable by purchasing great items at a fair price and than bitch that there was a scuff or 1/2 of loose seams or crack in the inner lining of a pair of old boots etc. Not worth it for me anymore. 99.9% of my buyers are great and love my shop. I sell to Netflix, Broadway theater houses, top photographers and set designers and hundreds of like minded vintage lovers looking for that rare or unique piece. The 0.1% can make my shop drop in rating etc because they don't read full descriptions or have no idea what purchasing vintage or preowned is. So I am talking to the very very very few that just drive me nuts and make me have to ever increase this stupid list ugh.

I do not refund for fit based on tagged or implied size. Measurements are provided as is how to compare for fit. Over 100 pairs of footwear sold and great reviews when clients use the measurements and follow how to compare for fit. Its much more work to supply but only way to guarantee. I will use contemporary inch to shoe size online chart to give a guide to contemporary sizes but these too should not be used in lieu of measurements.
