Vintage 1970s retailer 70s Red White and Blue mini dress

Too adorable!!!! This is soooo something I would have worn when I was a youngster!!! Lol!!! Super short mini dress, fab collar, button down front and puff sleeves!! The fabric is polyester and the top red white and blue is a perforated polyester or possibly a nylon.

The condition is very good! A couple of small spots but this has been freshly retailer cleaned and ready to wear!!
