Keepers of the woods, and guarders of secrets, Iodessa and her kin know of all the comings and goings in their realm, and may even retailer be obliged to comment on a thing from time to time. Depending on the colour of the wind of course.

Iodessa is a completely unique, one of a kind wood spirit creation, sure to watch over your realm, and to bring a whisper of the forest into your home.

My Wood Spirits are brought to life using largely wild crafted materials from around my studio in the Northern California coastal redwoods. Driftwood and stones from our local river, redwood from fallen branches, a little imagination, a great deal of carving and sanding, a smattering of pyrography to highlight those lovely features, a few tufts of my favorite modeling foliage, and poof, just like that...the forest spirit comes to life.
