This dress is made with over 100 yards of soft vibrant tulle of Kelly Green, Guava, Malibu Blue, Sun Beam Yellow, and Regency Purple. The front has beautiful satin roses attached to a purple satin ribbon sash. Halter top. Dress also has satin all away around the chest for added comfort.
