Vintage Royal with a Large Rhinestone Brooch Cloche Hat retailer 1940's

This is a Vintage Royal Blue with a Large Rhinestone Brooch Cloche Hat 1940's. No hat box. It measures approx. 22-23 inches around as it is hard to measure exact. Made of a felt or Wool material with a Deep Purple satin type ribbon surrounding it along with a Large Rhinestone Brooch or Pin on the Ribbon.4 Large Blue Rhinestones and the others are Rainbow Prism color. There are some dots on the top of the hat and I am not sure what they are unless they are from moths. Not sure because there are no actual holes just a little surface damage. Otherwise good condition with normal retailer age wear. No tag except Union Made tag. If you have any more questions please ask before you purchase. I ship to the USA. No International Shipping.
