Please note the width of the resin varies from board to board. No two are exactly the same. Some resin rivers are thick, some are thin.

These olive wood products are ethically produced, made from the wood of trees which no longer produce fruit. New trees are continually being planted to replace those used to make these products.

Maintenance:

Wipe down with cutting board oil or mineral oil every 1 to 3 months.

Please DO NOT put in dishwasher. Hand wash only.
Please DO NOT leave soaking in water or exposed to heat or sunshine.
Please DO NOT cut on engraved side of board. Safe for food contact, this is the display side of the board.
