Cute tea dress from the 1980s styled for the 1940s. Made by 'Marnier West' in USA. Slightly padded shoulders onto a hint of a puff sleeve that is 3/4 length. Gathered under the bust, tight on the waist and then flares out. Completely button through. Applied lacework on neck.

I would guess at a uk10.12 but please check measurements:
