Frank Moreno Ceramics Large Salmon Pink California Pottery Planter. This is a unique ceramic planter from Moreno Ceramics in Southern California, probably from the 60's. The dates of production from Moreno Ceramics vary according to the source, but it is safe to say this piece is from the 60's with it's marking on the bottom and the fact that it is made with a mold. It has a nice vertical relief pattern on the bottom quarter. There is crazing and glaze misses on both the interior and exterior, and there are some small chips; one on the rim and a few on the bottom. The piece has also been drilled, so it would work well outdoors. Overall, it looks beautiful with a glossy pink glaze!
