The 2.5 inch pieced black and white squares make up the center, bordered by a black and white stripe. Many of the black fabrics have designs to attract a baby's eye! retailer The quilt is then bound (hand stitched) with the bright gold 'frog eyes' fabric which makes up the backing. It is quilted in a red, pink and orange variegated cotton thread in a pattern called Deb's swirls. It is fully machine washable; dry on low.
