Antique retailer hand painted fan

Possibly a souvenir fan, possibly Italian? Antique hand painted fan.
One guard stick at the front is broken, a little wear to the gold around the top but nothing that isn't to be expected from its age. On the back the material on the guard stick has become partially unstuck in a small area. Pretty fan, sequins at the top on the front and coloured stones on the back. See pictures
