Plants are shipped via USPS first class. However, we strongly advice to upgrade to priority mail during colder months to avoid plant issues (please get a heat pack too). Any order that does NOT have a heat pack is not covered for the live plant guarantee.

The plants are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect the plants. We ship the plants on Monday and Wednesday to avoid the weekend cutoff.
