Group Photo, Black & White, Service Organization, Knights of Columbus, Vintage retailer Framed Turn of the Century Photograph

What retailer an intriguing piece of history. This unsigned photo appears to me to be of a service organization, probably the Knights of Columbus given the fancy hats, the sashes, the medals, and the dress. It's probably from the 1900 to 1910s period, as you can see an early car as well as a horse and buggy in the background. The person from whom I got this believed this to be from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The wood frame measures about 12 1/2" tall by 15 1/2" wide by 3/4" deep. The photo and the mat and the painted black frame are in good condition. Under glass, wired, and ready to hang.
